We are a small, friendly choir under the directorship of Jeremy Harbottle, singing for pleasure and to produce two or three concerts a year, which are performed locally in Stokesley. We sing a wide range of repertoire from Baroque to 21st Century, secular and sacred, as well as fun pieces from musical theatre.
Choir rehearsals for the Spring Concert continue on Monday evenings in Stokesley Parish Church. Please read our Covid Safety Protocol before attending
Our Autumn 2022 concert is a celebration of both the Queen’s platinum jubilee and the 150th anniversary of Vaughn Williams’ birth. The programme includes a wonderful selection of music by British composers, with the first half comprising Rutter’s Magnificat, and the second half pieces from such composers as Purcell, Elgar, Finzi and, of course, Vaughn Williams. It will take place on Saturday November 12th at Stokesley Methodist Church.
Following this, our annual Christmas concert will be at Stokesley Parish Church on Saturday 10th December.
See the ‘News‘ page for a review of the last 12 months and our plans for this season
